Adamjee Government Science College

Adamjee Government Science College (Adamjee Science College) is an educational institution in Karachi, Pakistan. It was established by the Adamjee Group. It is located in the heart of the city, near the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah(the father of Pakistan), in the area of Garden East (Jamshed Town) on Business Recorder Road, Karachi.

The college is famous in academic circles being the best HSC college for boys in Pakistan. The college attains great results in the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examinations, with its students attaining top positions in the examinations held under the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi.

Chenab College

Chenab College Ahmedpur Sial is an intermediate college working under Chenab College. It is located in Ahmedpur Sial which is a tehsil of Jhang District.

D. J. Science College

D. J. Science College (Diwan Dayaram Jethamal Science College) is an educational institute located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Inaugurated as Sindh Arts College by Lord Reay, Governor of Bombay, on January 17, 1882, the college was renamed D. J. Science College upon completion of the present structure in 1887. Located in the heart of old Karachi, the foundation stone for this college was laid in 1882, by Lord Dufferin, Viceroy of India. The college is named after Diwan Dayaram Jethmal, its main benefactor.

Defence Authority Degree College

The Defence Authority Degree College   also known as DADC, is a degree college located at in D.H.A., Karachi, Sindh,Pakistan. 

DHA Degree College started functionin in the then SKBZ High School building in September 1988. The college was shifted to its present campus on September 3, 1990.

Government College for Men Nazimabad

Government College for Men, Nazimabad is an all-male degree college located in Karachi, Pakistan adjacent to the flyover located in Nazimabad town. The college was established in 1956 under the name of Central Government College for Men to provide higher education to the newly settled and prominent area of Nazimabad in Karachi. Government National College (Karachi)

Government National College, Karachi was founded by a group of dedicated  teachers and city philanthropists as “National College” in 1956 under the umbrella of the National Educational Society, established in 1954. The society consisted of Mr. Saudagar Darwesh (president), Professor Hasan Adil (secretary), Professor Hasnain Kazmi, Mr. Asghar Hussain (advocate), Mr. M. M. Malik and Mr. Shamsuz Zaman (advocate). The college was headed by Professor Hasan Adil from March 1956 through September 1972. It was nationalized on September 1, 1972. The college operated under a double-shift programme until 1993, when the evening shift of the college was granted the status of a separate and independent college by the Provincial Government.

Pakistan Shipowners’ College

Pakistan Shipowners’ College, established in 1969, is a teaching institution in Karachi. It has a purpose-built building located in Block R and S, North Nazimabad, Shahrah e Noorjahan spread over 12 acres (49,000 m2) of land. The building is surrounded with lawns, playgrounds and sport fields.

It was founded by the private management but when the educational institutions were nationalized in 1972, this college was also nationalized. Later it was promoted to Degree College in 1975.
